I was looking for an airport pickup and drop-off service to welcome a group of overseas friends who were arriving at MEL airport. I found Chauffeurlink through an online search; had a brief conversation with Guri who requested that I send the list of my group along with their flight details to [email protected].
From then on I interacted with Sunny, who was always prompt and precise in responding to each and every query. My bookings required around twenty trips and all were executed with precision despite one flight that was diverted and the passengers arrived 10 hours later … and another that was cancelled and the passengers arrived more than 24 hours later.
Chauffeurlink handled it all with grace and kept me informed. My sincere thanks to the team at Chauffeurlink.

Great experience, I booked the people mover van for transport to my wedding. It was me (with a very long train) and 2 bridesmaids and my mum.
I got an email the night before confirming the booking with the name of the driver and the number plate to expect, and a link to track the ride. I received texts the morning of letting me know when the driver was on the way, and from the driver when they arrived (10 mins early!)
Harry was very friendly and patient, and moved the car closer to our accommodation for ease of access, and helped us with our luggage, my dress, and got us all settled. It was a hot day too, and he helpfully blasted the aircon for us to keep cool on the way, and put on a good playlist!
I have no hesitation recommending this service.

We cannot recommend Chauffeur Link highly enough. We have been utilising the services of Sunny and the Chauffeur Link team for many years, both in Melbourne and interstate, and they are consistently professional, reliable and accommodating.
Nothing is ever too much trouble, including last-minute changes or adjustments to travel plans.
Most recently, we utilised their service for an early morning transfer from Tullamarine to Warragul, which was seamless from start to finish. The vehicles are always of an exceptionally high standard — this time an immaculate Audi A8.

We booked Chauffeur Link for our wedding, transporting both to the venue, and later to Crown at the end of the night. They were very accommodating to our needs and offered us our choice from a range of luxury vehicles. We only required one car to pick up both the Bridal Party and the Groomsmen from different locations and they were more than happy to oblige - something which cannot be said of other companies we contacted. The car arrived well ahead of schedule to ensure we were not stressed. The drivers were professional, polite, and incredibly patient with everything going on. The cars were clean and professionally presented, including classic white wedding streamers which they provided on their own initiative. We would happily book them again for any future functions.

We recently flew from Brisbane to Melbourne with our baby and we're worried about transport from the airport to the hotel with a baby. After seeing the amazing reviews on here we decided to contact CLM. Sunny made the booking process so easy. Our driver was waiting for us at baggage claim, helped us with our luggage and made sure our drive to the hotel was as calm and easy as possible. The car was immaculately clean and his driving was extremely professional.
We enjoyed the service so much that we made no hesitation in using CLM to get back to the Melbourne airport for our return flight home.

I had to book transport from Albury back to Melbourne, Mr. Sunny was recommended by my good friend, she said the service was great. So when i tried it myself, I surely can say it was superb. I had a very comfortable seat so much space and well maintained van. Price is competitive compared to normal taxis. One more thing is that, i left my water bottle in the car, he contacted me and send it back to me, just imagine Mr. Sunny is not staying in Melbourne, and he did came back just for it, he said since he’s on the way that day to Melby,.. I really appreciated that, coz i know others will just throw it, but sparing time and effort for that is the best. I will surely book his chauffeur service next time i have travel again. Totally recommended..

Had the most incredible Great Ocean Road tour with Chauffeur Link .Our vehicle Mercedes Van was new , meticulously maintained and luxurious.Our driver Sunny Thind was professional, highly attentive and customised the day to our requirements.Having such a personal service in such a beautiful car really made our day and it could not get better than this. Our driver was early to pick us up which I really appreciate and I was able to be kept up to date on his location via the driver tracker. Our trip from Lidcombe to Sydney airport was great. The car we got picked up in was so lovely and super clean. Our driver was courteous and friendly. I didn't have to lift a finger the whole time, as our driver sorted our luggage out at pick up and drop off. The booster seat for my son was installed and ready to use as promised. I've used this company before in Melbourne and in both cities they have impressed me with their professionalism and great communication throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this company. Cant say enough good things about this company.
It was really hard to find a good company that looked legitimate as many of them looked like AI - i was so nervous that i booked the wrong day! But they were fabulous to deal with and understanding. A real human experience - just what our family needed!
They were easily contacted, responsive and fantastic to deal with. We were a loud family of 8 and we were greeted early and it was no problem waiting for us as we were delayed in customs.. We were well looked after both trips. Yes the train was an option as was uber, but by paying a little extra pp was so worth it in my view - to be honest I would do it again everytime. The Mercedes van was so comfortable and clean. Highly recommend anyone using this service.

Sunny and the Chauffeur Link team exceeded our expectations for a very important executive engagement spanning four days across three different cities. Everything ran smoothly, professionally, and on time, with excellent communication throughout.
The booking tool was easy to use, driver coordination was seamless, and the live tracking visibility gave us confidence at all times, we always knew where our executives and drivers were. While WhatsApp was our internal communication preference, the team were very open and responsive to using it, which made coordination with our on‑the‑ground team highly effective.

My family utilized Chauffer Link's services while visiting Melbourne, Sydney, and Cairnes. Each and every time, the driver(s) were on time, friendly and professional. Their app is easy to use and provides updates, including driver contact and vehicle information for each pick up scheduled. Our pickup driver in Cairnes, went above & beyond. My son, who is studying abroad in AU, needed medical attention upon our arrival. He drove him to an urgent care clinic before dropping the rest of our group off at the hotel and then stopped back in at the clinic to make sure he was registered to be seen by a physician. As a tourist from the US, I highly recommend.

I booked this service from Home before my pending trip as i needed to get from Melbourne airport to a hotel 45 mins drive away. The quote, communication was prompt and easy to book. I needed a service who was willing to collect me from inside the airport assist with getting my luggage off the airport belt and assist me to the car. WOW I was not disappointed my driver was polite, helpful and we had a great conversation along the way. I would highly recommend this company and use again the cost was only $15 (return trip) total more than a shuttle that I would have had to share with others and fit in with the drop offs.

I highly recommend Chauffeur Link Melbourne, and, to be honest, is my preferred way of getting to the airport for important flights.
Bookings are extremely easy to make with their friendly and helpful agents and confirmation is immediate. The pick up and drop off service is first class, with the drivers communicating when they have arrived and clear meeting points at the airport. The cars are always very clean, inside and out, immaculate and very comfortable. The drivers are extremely courteous, polite and helpful, as well as being very respectful. After trying many Melbourne airport transfers over the past several years from taxis to mini bus services, I decided to try Chauffeur Link Melbourne for the first time this December 2018. The service from Chauffeur Link Melbourne was an airport transfer from the airport to the SE suburbs, I was pleased with the communication between drivers, staff and myself to confirm and organise my pick up.
My family was happy with Chauffeur Link Melbourne that we decided to organise our return transfer with CLM as well.

I recently had to travel just over an hour to a medical appointment as I’m unable to walk. Sunny was amazing! He arrived early, helped me with my crutches and was really welcoming and made me feel comfortable.
It was a really easy process and I was assured not to worry if my appointment ran late and that he would wait for me.
After my appointment Sunny collected me from the door, I was emotional and teary and he was just so kind to me. Helped me feel better and got me home safely.
I would 100% recommend it as not only was the trip perfect the service was flawless, Sunny was friendly and kind and helped me on the day when I really needed it.

The service and care provided by Chauffeur Link Melbourne is truly amazing.
My Mother has ongoing health problems, and had been staying with family in Gippsland. When it was time for her to return home to Mildura, COVID permits were an issue, as well as the family member's inability to stay in Melbourne after the trip due to Stage 4 restrictions.
With short notice, Sunny was promptly able to accommodate our request to drive Mum over 2 hours to Tullamarine airport, took great care of her, and got her into the airport to the Qantas assistance counter to enable her return home.
Without the care and kindness shown by Chauffeur Link Melbourne, this would have been a confusing and exhausting process for Mum, and we are truly appreciative of the professionalism and responsiveness shown by CLM.
I would highly recommend this service to anyone transiting to/from Tullamarine airport.

Sunny, whom I corresponded with for the airport transfers was really responsive and prompt. He provided the transfer information comprehensively and booking the transfer services was so hassle-free. I had to change my drop off point (quite a drastic change) after payment was made - and Sunny responded again very quickly, reassuring me that they were flexible and were happy to make changes and refund me accordingly.
Unfortunately, my trip was later on cancelled and even on a Sunday evening, Sunny replied to it really quickly and kindly, and proceeded to follow up with an email informing me that a refund has been made.
Its been a real pleasure with Chauffeur Link and they made my initial trepidations trying to get a ride up to Falls Creek go away. Really thankful to have come across them online, I would hands down recommend them to anyone needing a transfer in Melbourne.

Hired this company as airport transfers for my daughter and her friend that weren't getting into Melb until midnight and was the best decision I made. I organised this service to collect my aged mother who was travelling home to Melb after spending time with me in Qld. Due to the border issues I was not able to fly with her. My mother was assisted by the airline to the baggage carrier and then the representing Chauffeur greeted my mother and assisted her with her luggage and transport home. I highly recommend Chauffeur link, communication was prompt and easy, the service very friendly and professional. Thankyou once again as it was a difficult time and this service made it so much easier with peace of mind for safe travels for my 88yr old mother.
