We booked Chauffeur Link for our wedding, transporting both to the venue, and later to Crown at the end of the night. They were very accommodating to our needs and offered us our choice from a range of luxury vehicles. We only required one car to pick up both the Bridal Party and the Groomsmen from different locations and they were more than happy to oblige - something which cannot be said of other companies we contacted. The car arrived well ahead of schedule to ensure we were not stressed. The drivers were professional, polite, and incredibly patient with everything going on. The cars were clean and professionally presented, including classic white wedding streamers which they provided on their own initiative. I had to book transport from Albury back to Melbourne, Mr. Sunny was recommended by my good friend, she said the service was great. So when i tried it myself, I surely can say it was superb. I had a very comfortable seat so much space and well maintained van. Price is competitive compared to normal taxis. One more thing is that, i left my water bottle in the car, he contacted me and send it back to me, just imagine Mr. Sunny is not staying in Melbourne, and he did came back just for it, he said since he’s on the way that day to Melby,.. I really appreciated that, coz i know others will just throw it, but sparing time and effort for that is the best. I will surely book his chauffeur service next time i have travel again. We recently flew from Brisbane to Melbourne with our baby and we're worried about transport from the airport to the hotel with a baby. After seeing the amazing reviews on here we decided to contact CLM. Sunny made the booking process so easy. Sunny, whom I corresponded with for the airport transfers was really responsive and prompt. He provided the transfer information comprehensively and booking the transfer services was so hassle-free. I had to change my drop off point (quite a drastic change) after payment was made - and Sunny responded again very quickly, reassuring me that they were flexible and were happy to make changes and refund me accordingly. Unfortunately, my trip was later on cancelled and even on a Sunday evening, Sunny replied to it really quickly and kindly, and proceeded to follow up with an email informing me that a refund has been made. Its been a real pleasure with Chauffeur Link and they made my initial trepidations trying to get a ride up to Falls Creek go away. The service and care provided by Chauffeur Link Melbourne is truly amazing. My Mother has ongoing health problems, and had been staying with family in Gippsland. When it was time for her to return home to Mildura, COVID permits were an issue, as well as the family member's inability to stay in Melbourne after the trip due to Stage 4 restrictions. With short notice, Sunny was promptly able to accommodate our request to drive Mum over 2 hours to Tullamarine airport, took great care of her, and got her into the airport to the Qantas assistance counter to enable her return home. Without the care and kindness shown by Chauffeur Link Melbourne, this would have been a confusing and exhausting process for Mum, and we are truly appreciative of the professionalism and responsiveness shown by CLM. I recently had to travel just over an hour to a medical appointment as I’m unable to walk. Sunny was amazing! He arrived early, helped me with my crutches and was really welcoming and made me feel comfortable. It was a really easy process and I was assured not to worry if my appointment ran late and that he would wait for me. After my appointment Sunny collected me from the door, I was emotional and teary and he was just so kind to me. Helped me feel better and got me home safely. My Mother & I have used this service twice in 1 year. Very prompt, polite & professional customer service. Always on time & helped us w our luggage in/out of the exceptionally clean luxurious car/s. When arriving back to Tullamarine Airport, the Chauffeur was already waiting for us @ the luggage carousel w our name on a sign. He happily walked us back to the short term cp, carrying our luggage for us & had fresh bottles of water for us each. Each time we were allowed to choose which radio station we preferred to listen to & a friendly chat along the way. I/we would definitely highly recommend. After using different services over the years, I have found a new service. We planned an exclusive holiday some 8 months ago as a significant anniversary and after reading reviews booked with CLM. The professionalism of the company, our flights changed numerous times, in accommodating our changing needs was completed promptly and confirmed with a complete itinerary every time. On confirmation an itinerary was sent to ensure all flights were met, this service filled us with a great sense of ease. If this service wasn't already impressive, we met our first driver and our experience only got better, beautifully presented cars, accommodating drivers, all extremely professional in driving and service, enhanced a very special occasion, all 6 trips provided on time and without any problem at all. We used this service to arrive to our wedding venue. We needed a big car, but nothing fancy, to get us there and transport a wedding dress and a couple of suits without getting sqaushed. The price was very reasonable, especially compared to other quotes we received from other companies, but the best thing was the customer service. Sunny was absolutely amazing, replying to our email enquiries within 5 minutes and changing the pick up time numerous times without any issues. I organised this service to collect my aged mother who was travelling home to Melb after spending time with me in Qld. Due to the border issues I was not able to fly with her. My mother was assisted by the airline to the baggage carrier and then the representing Chauffeur greeted my mother and assisted her with her luggage and transport home. I have had the pleasure of using CLM for airport transfers from and to Tullamarine over the past few years. I have also used CLM on one occasion in Sydney when my wife and I had a lot of luggage for an overseas trip, even though we live close to the airport. Sunny and his team are courteous, on time and very helpful. The fleet is outstanding and always clean and immaculate. Booking, payment and receipting is efficient and timely. Fantastic service! We used Chauffeur Link Melbourne to transfer six people from home to the airport and back for our family vacation after being recommended to them by friends. We could not fault the service. The Mercedes mini-vans were immaculate, and the drivers on-time, efficient and extremely courteous. Our family of 5 recently used Chauffeur Link for airport pickups in Sydney and Melbourne as well as a return trip from Melbourne to Mornington. The drivers arrived early and communicated with me via WhatsApp to let me know they had arrived and where we could find them. One member of our group uses a travel foldup wheelchair and their large comfortable vehicles could accommodate it as well as us and our 5 pieces of luggage. Best experience for a pick up and drop off to and from Brisbane airport. The 2 x cars on this trip was just beautiful. I loved it. The Driver was so nice. Sunny the man who assists with the bookings was so efficient. He responded to my emails promptly and booked my services. They also supplied me a driver for some appointments in the CBD I had to attend and this driver was also very lovely and helpful. They helped with my bags, doors opened. As an older couple getting married we didn’t think beforehand about getting cars to drive us to and from the venue. On the day Sidhu arrived to take myself and daughter to venue, he was very polite, courteous and patient. The drive was lovely and I would highly recommend Sidhu. This was my first trip to Melbourne. I was greeted by the chauffuer at the bottom of the esculator in bagage claims, where he immediately took my hand luggage and collected my suitcase. The drivers for both of my trips were well presented and friendly. The cars were very clean and comfortable making the experience very relaxing. The drivers were obviously very familiar with the roads and traffic conditions. Wonderful service, would recommend to anyone. I had ordered a service for my parents who had flown in internationally amidst the virus.They explained the sanitation process and had no hesitation in picking them up. They were able to provide me with a quote to pay in advance. The vehicle itself was extremely clean and comfortable and my Dad nearly fell asleep on the hour ride home.
